I think that being nice to your customers is very important because they might not like your attitude.For example I do not even like ruby tuesday but a waiter there is very nice so I go sometimes.
The thing that makes a business successful, is making sure that you have good chef, and that your food is okay.Also I think that that the place should have nice tables,and decorations for the holidays.
